- Myasthenia gravis
- Mechanical stenosis in the gastrointestinal tract

- Concomitant use of this medication with dopamine antagonists such as metoclopramide can result in diminution effects on the gastrointestinal tract
- Tachycardia can be seen when this medication is administered with beta-adrenergic agents
