- This medicine may impart serious effects when used with Codeine and Pentazocine
- Granisetron when used with nalbuphine, the interaction may impart moderate to serious effects depending on the individual
- Serotonin syndrome may occur following concomitant use of 5-HT3 antagonists and other serotonergic medicinal products like SSRIs and SNRIs along with granisetron
Interactions with food items
- You are advised to avoid heavy foods as this may hinder the effect of Grandem injection
