• Confusion
• Convulsions (seizures)
• Decreased urine output
• Fast heartbeat
• Constipation
• Uncontrolled body movements
• Reduced intellectual abilities

Other General Warnings

• You are on other medications.
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding the baby or on birth control pills.
• You have self-harming thoughts.
• You should not give it to children without consulting the doctors.

• Esclo Plus tablets should be taken in the same dose and duration written by the doctor.
• It should be taken with water and at a fixed time daily.
• Do not crush the tablet.
• Esclo Plus tablets can be taken with or without food.
• Sudden stoppage of this medicine can result in treatment failure or the development of withdrawal symptoms, leading to serious health issues.

Interactions with other medicines

• Co-administration of Monoamine oxidase inhibitors like selegiline and opioid-like medicines like tramadol, sumatriptan, and other medicines used for migraine may lead to increased blood levels of Esclo Plus, leading to symptoms similar to overdose.
• Lithium - increased blood levels of Esclo Plus, leading to symptoms similar to overdose.
• Oral anticoagulants like Warfarin- Altered anticoagulant effects may occur when Esclo Plus is combined with oral anticoagulants leading to increased chances of bleeding.
