Ecosprin AV 75 capsule is a combination medicine. It is used to prevent heart attacks and strokes. It is also used to treat abnormal cholesterol levels (dyslipidemia) in the body. It contains cholesterol-lowering medicine atorvastatin and a low dose of aspirin that acts as a blood thinner. This works by reducing the formation of cholesterol and inhibiting the formation of blood clots. Thereby helping prevent heart attack and stroke.
