Dolox Injection works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2).

Dolox Injection is administered parenterally.

Interactions with other medicines

Dolox Injection decreases platelet aggregation and increases bleeding time
Risk of nephrotoxicity when ciclosporin is given with Dolox Injection
Corticosteroids increase the risk of ulceration with Dolox Injection
If you consume other medications, do mention it to your physician before administering Dolox Injection

Storage and disposal of Dolox 40 MG

Store at room temperature 20°C to 25°C, keep away from pets and children

Overdose

Overdose of Dolox Injection may require activated charcoal to re-absorb the medicine
