Dolonex Dt 20 MG Description

Dolonex DT tablet is used to treat painful joints, bone pain, back pain, neck pain, and muscular pain in long-standing conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, cervical spondylitis, and other musculoskeletal disorders. It contains Piroxicam which is a pain killer. This tablet works by altering the release of chemical substances responsible for pain and inflammation.

Dolonex DT tablet should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. It can be taken with or without food. However, it is recommended to take it with food to avoid stomach upset. Ugesic 20 tablets, Pirox DT tablet, and Suganril tablet also contain piroxicam as their active medicine.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about all the medicines and supplements you take and all the conditions or diseases you suffer from before starting the Dolonex DT tablet.

  • If you have a present or past history of stomach or intestinal ulcers, bleeding or perforation in the stomach or gut

  • If you have a history of past or ongoing treatment with blood thinners such as warfarin, or heparin to prevent blood clots
