  • Concomitant use of other topical medicine on the same area of the skin may increase the absorption of other topically applied medicines
  • Co-administration of medicine that inhibit CYP3A4 like ritonavir have been shown to inhibit the metabolism of corticosteroids leading to increased system exposure
