Medical Description
Dalus Forte tablet is used to treat acute stroke. It contains two main ingredients, citicoline and piracetam. These ingredients help protect brain cells, improve blood and oxygen flow to the brain, and support recovery after a stroke. Always take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with plenty of water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
Take the medicine regularly and do not exceed the prescribed dose. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is close to your next scheduled dose; in that case, skip the missed dose. Never take a double dose. If you think you've taken too much, seek medical help immediately.
This medicine may cause side effects, including nervousness, shakiness, drowsiness, weight gain, or uncontrolled movements. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you feel sleepy or shaky. Additionally, avoid alcohol during treatment. Keep the medicine in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
Let your doctor know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have kidney problems, bleeding disorders, stomach ulcers, or any planned surgeries.
