Medical Description

Cyra D capsule is used to treat acid-related conditions such as heartburn, acidity, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). This condition occurs when the acid from the stomach flows back up into the oesophagus. Cyra D is also helpful in managing gastric and duodenal ulcers. It is an anti-reflux medication that combines rabeprazole and domperidone as its active ingredients.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a condition in which acid from the stomach flows back up to the food pipe along with the stomach's contents. As symptoms of GERD, you may experience heartburn, chest pain, burning pain, and regurgitation of food or sour liquid due to stomach irritation. Excess acid in the stomach lining or intestine may result in stomach or intestinal ulcers.

Some other capsules containing rabeprazole and domperidone are Veloz D capsule, Razo D capsule, Rabekind Dsr capsule, Rabesec Dsr capsule and Rabium Dsr capsule. Cyra D capsules should be taken at least 30 minutes before meals for the best results. Tell your doctor about any health conditions you have while he prescribes the capsule.

Before using this capsule, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history. It is advised to avoid consuming spicy and oily food. You should eat at least 3 hours before going to bed. Do not eat at bedtime. Engage yourself in exercise and activities. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol, as it may worsen the condition.
