Overdose

• Overdose symptoms of Cloze Tablet are insomnia, change in speech, confusion, abnormal eye movement, etc. Cloze Tablet should never be taken more than the recommended dose. If you think you've overdosed, get medical care straight away or call your doctor.

Interactions with other medicines

• The medication should not be taken with Atenolol or Codeine, Carbamazepine, rifampin, and rifabutin; these may increase clonazepam metabolism and reduce its therapeutic impact.
• Cimetidine, ciprofloxacin, clarithromycin, clozapine, CNS depressants, and diltiazem may raise clonazepam serum levels and/or toxicity; monitor for benzodiazepine response changes.

Interactions with food items

• While using Cloze Tablet, stay away from caffeine-containing meals like tea, coffee, chocolates, and so on. Cloze Tablet relaxes the brain while coffee stimulates it. As a result, drinking too much coffee may limit this prescription's ability to relax the brain, worsening the problem.
