Medical Description

Bandy-Plus suspension is an anti-worm medicine. It is used for the treatment of worm infection in your intestine. Bandy-Plus suspension is a combination medicine containing albendazole and ivermectin as its active ingredients.

The combination acts as a deworming agent by killing the worm and eliminating it from the body. Albendazole stops the uptake of glucose by a parasite which causes energy deficit and death of the parasite. Ivermectin acts by increasing the permeability of the outer cell membrane of the parasite, the outer membrane which affects the muscle and nerve function leading to paralysis and death of the parasite.

The dose and duration of the treatment with Bandy-Plus suspension will be decided by your doctor after accessing your condition. Shake the bottle well before consuming this syrup. Bandy-Plus suspension is not recommended for pregnant women. You should not take medicine if you are allergic to it.
