Other General Warnings

• You have liver disease or severe pre-existing hepatic impairment.
• You have kidney disease or impaired kidney function.
• You develop fever or other signs of infection.
• You experience unusual bruising or bleeding.
• You develop reduced urination or other symptoms that may indicate kidney problems.
• You are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or could become pregnant.
• You are receiving other medicines that may affect blood counts or kidney function.
• You are due to receive a vaccine or have questions about vaccination during treatment.

• Regular blood tests are required to monitor your blood cells and organ function
• Inform your doctor immediately if you notice signs of infection such as fever or sore throat
• Use reliable contraception during treatment if of childbearing age
• Avoid contact with people who have infections, as your immune system may be weakened
• Keep all appointments for treatment and blood tests
