Aten D tablet is an anti-hypertensive medicine used for the treatment of high blood pressure when a single medicine is not able to control the blood pressure sufficiently. It is a combination of aten

olol and indapamide as its active ingredients. It may also be used to reduce the risk of other complications of heart and blood vessels. Aten D works by the combined action of its two components. For the treatment of high blood pressure

Contraindications of Aten D Strip Of 10 Tablets

If you are allergic to atenolol and indapamide or any other ingredient of Aten D tablet.
If you have any pre-existing health condition such as heart-related complications, asthma, liver or kidney dysfunction etc.
If you have low blood pressure, recently experienced a cardiogenic shock.
If you have too much acid in your body or have a tumour called pheochromocytoma.
If you have low levels of potassium in your body.
As it is a combination of different components, any condition which is contraindicated with any of these when taken alone should be considered contraindicated for this combination.
