- If you’ve heart disease or stroke.
- If you’ve medical health conditions like high or low blood pressure or diabetes.
- If you’ve a medical problem such as a history of seizures or disorders.
- If you’ve low white blood cell (WBC) counts.
- If you have depression, mental illness, or suicidal tendencies.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Ketoconazole and Itraconazole antifungal agents should be avoided when taking Arpizol Tablet as it may cause dizziness, dry mouth, or irregular heartbeats.
- It is not recommended to use Arpizol Tablets and Metoclopramide together because the risk of abnormal movements of the face and limbs will increase.
- If you take Arpizol Tablet with antihypertensives, you may experience hypotensive effects like dizziness and lightheadedness. So do not take them together.
Interactions with food items
- Arpizol Tablets may interact with grapefruit juice and decrease Arpizol Tablets' impact.
- Also, avoid using herbal medicine as it may interact with Arpizol Tablets.
