Interactions with other medicines

Ketoconazole and Itraconazole antifungal agents should be avoided when taking Arpizol Tablet as it may cause dizziness, dry mouth, or irregular heartbeats.
It is not recommended to use Arpizol Tablets and Metoclopramide together because the risk of abnormal movements of the face and limbs will increase.
If you take Arpizol Tablet with antihypertensives, you may experience hypotensive effects like dizziness and lightheadedness. So do not take them together.

Arpizol Tablets may interact with grapefruit juice and decrease Arpizol Tablets' impact.
