Alphadopa L Strip Of 10 Tablets

• Alphadopa L Tablet is used for the management of high blood pressure.
• It is also used to treat chest pain (angina pectoris) with or without hypertension.

• If you are allergic to labetalol or any other ingredient of this medicine.
• If you had or have any stage of heart blockages.
• If you have any heart-related condition such as shock, heart failure, decreased heart rate, and low blood pressure.
• If you have a history of asthma or any other lung problem.
• If you have an untreated adrenal gland tumour (phaeochromocytoma).
• If you have electrolyte imbalance (metabolic acidosis).

• Dizziness
• Skin Rash
• Tingling sensation in the scalp
• Fatigue
• Nausea
• Difficulty in maturation

Other General Warnings

• You have liver, kidney or heart injury or failure.
• You have any heart conditions.
• You have any breathing conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
• You have or had an adrenal gland tumour.
• You have diabetes or low blood sugar.
• You have any planned surgery such as a cataract.
• You have a known skin condition known as psoriasis.

• Store {cb}} Tablet below 30°C.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep it away from children and pets.

Overdose

• Overdose of {cb}} Tablet may result in decreased heart rate, decreased blood pressure and blood sugar, difficulty in breathing, loss of consciousness, heart insufficiency, etc.
• If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.

Missed a Dose

• Missing a dose of antihypertensives may lead to high blood pressure and other heart-related complications.
• If you missed any dose of medicine, take it as soon as you remember. If it's time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dose schedule. Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the way Alphadopa L Tablet works or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction. Especially if you are taking medicines to treat high blood pressure, heart failure, high/abnormal cholesterol levels, blood thinners, anti-infectives, anti-diabetics, anti-asthmatics, pain killers, anaesthesia, immunomodulatory medicines or medicines for the brain-related disorder.
