Uses
- Zepro M tablets are used to treat:
- Anxiety and panic attacks
- Severe migraine
- Hypertension (increased blood pressure)
- Fast heartbeat
Contraindications
- Do not take Zepro M tablets, or take with caution:
- If you are allergic to Zepro M or any of its active ingredients.
- If you are on medication for any skin infections, like ketoconazole and itraconazole; it may cause a hypersensitivity reaction.
- If you have been diagnosed with glaucoma (a group of eye conditions that damage the optic nerve) or increased eye pressure and are on medications for the same.
- If you have severe liver disease.

- Skin inflammation and allergy
- Confusion
- Drowsiness
- Memory impairment
- Slow heart rate
- Uncoordinated body movements
- Cold extremities

- You take alcohol or any other medicines. Inform your doctor so they can rule out any possible interactions.
- You are pregnant. This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnancy. Inform your doctor or healthcare provider if you are pregnant, planning to have a child, or become pregnant while taking this medication.
- You are nursing.
- You have a history of other mental or mood disorders (e.g., depression), alcohol or other substance abuse or dependence, or suicidal thoughts or actions.
- You are in poor health, overweight, or experiencing abnormal muscle movements.
Directions for Use
- Take Zepro M tablets as a whole with a glass of water or as directed by your doctor.
- Do not crush, chew or break it.
- Take Zepro M tablets on an empty stomach.
- Dosage and duration will depend on your disease, age and medical history.
- Zepro M tablets can cause physical or emotional dependency and should be taken with proper prescriptions. Do not increase the dose even if you feel the medication is not working adequately.
- Do not decrease the dose abruptly or stop the medicine without consulting your physician. This may cause withdrawal symptoms ranging from mild to severe reactions such as respiratory distress or seizures.

Interactions with other medicines
- Do not take Zepro M tablets if you are allergic to any components. Talk to your healthcare provider about the same.
- Do not take Zepro M tablets if you take medicines such as ketoconazole or itraconazole for skin infections; it increases the side effects of Zepro M tablets.
- Do not take Zepro M tablets if you take pain-relieving medicines such as methadone; it may increase the risk of fatal breathing problems.
- Do not take Zepro M tablets if you take medicines such as carbamazepine to treat epilepsy (a disorder in which there is abnormal brain activity); it may reduce the effectiveness of Zepro M.
- Do not take Zepro M tablets if you take other antidepressants such as desipramine; this may increase the risk of side effects.
Interactions with food items
- Zepro M tablets may interact with grapefruit and grapefruit juice and lead to potentially dangerous effects. Discuss with your doctor about the use of grapefruit products in your diet. Do not decrease or increase the number of grapefruit products in your diet without first talking to your doctor.
