Other General Warnings

• You are a known patient with heart problems.
• You have any blood-related disorder such as sickle cell anaemia or blood cancer.
• You have any physical deformities of the genital organ penis.
• You experience sudden vision loss or hearing loss.
• Your erection lasts for more than 4 hours after taking the medicine.
• You have kidney or liver problems

• Store this medicine in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.

• For optimal results, aim to take your Vigora 100 Red tablet approximately one hour before you plan to engage in sexual activity. This gives the medication time to absorb into your system and start working effectively.
• Vigora 100 Red tablet is not an automatic erection trigger. It only assists in achieving and maintaining an erection when you are sexually stimulated. Without arousal, the medication will not produce the desired effect.
• Never exceed the recommended dosage. Do not take more than one Vigora 100 Red tablet within a 24-hour period. Extra doses will not improve effectiveness and can significantly increase the risk of side effects.
• Never, under any circumstances, take Vigora 100 Red tablet if you are also on nitrate medications (often prescribed for chest pain or angina). This combination can cause a dangerous and potentially fatal drop in blood pressure. Always inform your doctor about all the medications you are currently taking.
• Before taking the Vigora 100 Red tablet, you must discuss it in detail with your healthcare provider. Please share your full medical history, including any existing heart or liver issues, and all medications you are currently taking, so they can confirm it is safe and suitable for you.
• An erection that will not subside, or one lasting more than about four hours, is a medical emergency. Go to hospital straight away, as delay can cause permanent damage.
• Stop and seek help immediately if you suddenly lose or blur vision in one or both eyes, or if you suddenly lose hearing or hear ringing in your ears.
• Tell your doctor if you take anything for blood pressure or for an enlarged prostate, particularly an alpha-blocker such as tamsulosin, prazosin or doxazosin, as the combination can drop blood pressure sharply.
• Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice, which raise this medicine's level and make side effects more likely.
• Erectile difficulty is often an early sign of a problem with the heart, blood vessels, blood sugar or hormones. Ask your doctor to look for an underlying cause rather than treating only the symptom.
• Alcohol makes an erection harder to achieve and adds to the dizziness and flushing, so it works against the treatment.
