Medical Description

Telmikind-H tablet is an anti-hypertensive used to treat high blood pressure when it cannot be managed using a single medicine. It is a combination of telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide. This medicine acts by relaxing the blood vessels and increasing diuresis, which acts synergistically to lower the raised blood pressure.

Telmikind H tablet should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. It can be taken with or without food. Telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide are active ingredients in Telma H tablet, Telvas H 40/12.5 mg tablets, Tazloc H 40mg tablets, Temsan H 40mg tablets and Telista H 40mg tablets.

Do not stop taking this medicine without informing your doctor. While taking this medicine, try to incorporate a healthy diet and certain lifestyle modifications for better management of your blood pressure.
