Medical Description

Tazloc-H tablet contains a combination of Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide, an anti-hypertensive as its active ingredient. Tazloc-H tablet is used to treat high blood pressure when it cannot be managed using a single medicine. This medicine lowers the raised blood pressure. Tazloc-H tablet acts by relaxing the blood vessels and increasing diuresis, which works synergistically to lower the raised blood pressure.

Pregnant women should not take this medicine. You should not take any potassium supplements during the treatment because it may increase the blood potassium level. Do not stop taking Tazloc-H tablet abruptly, as it may cause sudden hypertensive crises and worsen the health further.

Telmikind H 40mg tablets, Telvas H 40/12.5 mg tablets, Telma H tablet, Temsan H 40mg tablets and Telista H 40mg tablets also contain telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide as active ingredients. Always take it as prescribed and advised by your doctor. Visit a nearby clinic or hospital in case of any side effect that worsens or remains persistent.
