Sreyas tablet is used as a combination medicine for the symptomatic treatment of common cold and cough. Sreyas tablet comprises Dextromethorphan, 650 mg of paracetamol and 60 mg of pseudoephedrine. S
reyas tablet provides relief from symptoms such as runny nose, headache, sore throat, fever and pain. Paracetamol is a common painkiller used to treat body aches and pains. It effectively relieves headache, migraine, nerve pain, toothache, arthritis and muscle aches. It can also be used during fever to lower body temperature. Dextromethorphan acts as an antitussive agent and provides temporary relief from cough. Whereas, pseudoephedrine helps in the symptomatic relief of the common cold by clearing mucus. Sreyas tab is prescribed by your doctor and should be taken as prescribed. Do follow the instructions carefully. It can be given alone or in combination with other medicines. Inform your physician about your past medical history and any other medicines you are using.

Uses of Sreyas Tablets
- Used for the relief of persistent dry irritating cough in adult patients.
- Used for the relief of nasal congestion, headache, fever, body ache and pains associated with sinusitis, flu and common cold.
- Used for symptomatic treatment of pain and fever.
Contraindications of Sreyas Tablets
- If you have an allergy or hypersensitivity to Dextromethorphan, paracetamol, pseudoephedrine or any other active ingredients present in the medicine.
- If you are oh MAO Inhibitors or haven’t completed 14 days of the treatment.
- If you are using other medicines containing Acetaminophen.
- If you have Glaucoma.

How Does It Work?
Directions for Use of Sreyas Tablets
- Always take the Sreyas tablet as directed by your doctor.
- You can take Sreyas tablets with or without food.
- Swallow it with a glass of water
- Do not chew, crush or split the tablet.
- Read the label instructions carefully.
- Dosage should be taken in recommended amounts at a particular time in a day to get maximum benefits and desired clinical effect.
Interactions of Sreyas Tablets
Interactions with other medicines
- Interaction with MonoAmino Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOI) like isocarboxazid, linezolid, methylene blue injection can cause an increase in the blood pressure.
- Interaction with antihypertensives like beta-blockers, betanidine, guanethidine may partially reverse the hypotensive action of antihypertensive medicines.
Interactions with food items
- Unless your physician suggests, there is no need to avoid any type of food or drink.
