Pantin 40 MG Description

Pantin 40 mg tablet is used to treat stomach ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other acidity-related problems. Pantin 40 is used to reduce the amount of acid produced in the stomach.

Pantin 40 mg tablet contains pantoprazole as an active ingredient. It is a proton pump inhibitor and blocks the proton pumps in the stomach wall responsible for acid production. It also has anti-acid reflux actions. Pantin 40 mg tablet works best when taken on an empty stomach, preferably 1 hr before meal. It should be taken as directed by the doctor and in correct doses and for the exact duration as prescribed. A lifestyle change would help in controlling your acidity well. Certain tips for controlling acidity are avoided alcohol and smoking, excessive consumption of soft drinks, citrus juices, tea and coffee (caffeinated beverages), spicy, oily and fast foods. Never eat late at night or just before going to bed.
