Nortimer 25 MG Description

Nortimer 25mg Tablet is part of a class of medicines known as 'tricyclic antidepressants,' which are used to treat depression. It is also used to help with neuropathic pain and nighttime bed-wetting.

The composition of Nortimer 25mg Tablet is Nortriptyline that affects particular chemical messengers (serotonin, norepinephrine) in the brain that communicate between brain cells, controlling mood and preventing depression. Nortimer 25mg Tablet also blocks pain impulses from being transmitted, providing relief from neuropathic pain. Nortimer 25 mg Tablet should be taken exactly as your doctor has instructed. Depending on your medical condition and response to therapy, you should take Nortimer 25 mg Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it. You may suffer common side effects, including increased heart rate, flushing, drowsiness, weight gain, difficulty urinating, orthostatic hypotension (sudden drop in blood pressure when standing), dry mouth, tingling in the arms or legs, and impaired vision in certain situations (dilated pupils). The majority of these adverse effects do not necessitate medical treatment and will subside with time. However, if you are experiencing these adverse effects on a regular basis, you should consult your doctor.
