Nazomac-AF Nasal Spray contains a combination of fluticasone and azelastine as its active ingredients. It should be used as per your doctor's advice, in the correct way to relieve allergic symptoms of the nose like itching, running nose, sneezing and congestion. Dryness of the nose and unpleasant taste in the mouth are some common side effects of this medicine. If side effects persist or your condition doesn't improve after using this medicine, inform your doctor.

Directions for Use
- Use Nazomac-AF Nasal Spray as directed by your doctor.
- Spray it inside both your nostrils one by one.
- Wash your hands before and after using this spray.
- In case your eyes come in contact with this medicine, rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.

Interactions with other medicines
- Medicines to treat fungal and bacterial infections (ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin) and antiviral medicines (ritonavir, cobicistat-containing products) may worsen the side effects if given along with Nazomac-AF Nasal Spray.
- If steroid tablets or injections are going on, the use of Nazomac-AF Nasal Spray should be done judiciously, as it may add up to side effects.
- Medicines acting on the central nervous system (alcohol, opiates, barbiturates, sedatives or anaesthetics) should be given carefully along with this nasal spray.
- Inform your doctor about all ongoing medicines and herbal supplements before you start this treatment.
