Medical Description

Monouard shampoo is used to treat dandruff and related scalp flaking. It contains sertaconazole and zinc pyrithione.

Contraindications

If you are allergic to sertaconazole, zinc pyrithione, or any other ingredient of this medicine, do not use it. Do not apply it to severely irritated or broken skin unless your doctor advises it.

Pregnancy

Breast Feeding

Missed a Dose

Use the shampoo when you remember unless it is nearly time for the next application. If you missed any dose of medicine, take it as soon as you remember. If it's time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dose schedule. Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one.
