L Cin 500 MG Description

L-Cin 500 tablet is an antibiotic medicine. It is used to treat bacterial infections of the sinus, airways, urinary tract, skin and lungs. L-Cin 500 contains levofloxacin as its main ingredient. This medicine works by stopping and killing the growth of infection-causing bacteria.

Children below 18 years of age, and pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take this medicine. Take this medicine in the correct dose and for the exact duration as prescribed by your doctor. You should always use sunscreen while on this medicine, to avoid photosensitivity.

L Cin 500 may sometimes cause headache, dizziness, diarrhoea and stomach pain as its side effects, however, these side effects get resolved on their own. If these symptoms do not resolve or worsen, consult with your doctor.

Levoflox 500 tablet, Lofox 500 tablet, Levid 500 tablet and Phlevo 500 tablet also contain levofloxacin as their main ingredient. Complete the entire course of medicine, as incomplete treatment may result in treatment failure and increase the risk of re-infection.
