The Kufnil D syrup is a combination used to relieve cough and cold symptoms. It contains dextromethorphan to suppress cough, chlorpheniramine to reduce allergy symptoms, guaiphenesin to thin mucus, menthol for soothing relief, and sodium citrate to help clear airways.
