• Treatment of testicular cancer (germ cell tumors).
• Treatment of soft tissue sarcomas and osteosarcomas.
• Treatment of small cell and non-small cell lung cancer.

• If you have a known hypersensitivity or severe allergic reaction to ifosfamide or other oxazaphosphorine alkylating agents.
• If you have severe bone marrow suppression or severely low blood cell counts prior to treatment.
• If you have an active urinary tract obstruction or severe impairment of bladder function.

• You have kidney or urinary tract problems.
• You develop confusion, unusual drowsiness or other neurological symptoms.
• You notice blood in your urine or painful urination.
• You develop fever, chills or other signs of infection.
• You experience breathing difficulties or other symptoms of heart or lung toxicity.
• You take medicines that may interact with ifosfamide.

• Holoxan powder for injection must be prepared and administered intravenously by a trained healthcare professional.
• Do not attempt to self-administer this medication
• Ensure you receive your prescribed protective medication (such as mesna) alongside or following your ifosfamide infusion as directed by your doctor.
• Keep all treatment and blood-test appointments.
