Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use of phenobarbital increases excretion of Granisetron
- Concomitant use of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) can cause serotonin syndrome
