Ginox Tablet contains tizanidine as its active ingredient. It is used for the treatment spasm of muscles attached to bones. It works by slowing some actions in the brain and nervous system which are

Directions for Use
Take Ginox Tablets with or without food in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor.
Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Taking Ginox Tablet with other medicines such as fluvoxamine or ciprofloxacin cause a decrease in blood pressure, concomitant use should be avoided.
- Ginox Tablet, when taken with other medicines such as zileuton, cimetidine, famotidine, oral contraceptive, acyclovir and ticlopidine, causes low blood pressure and excessive sleepiness.
- Concomitant use of Ginox with medicines used in brain diseases such as benzodiazepine, opioid or tricyclic antidepressants can increase sleepiness.
- Discuss with your doctor about all other medicines and herbal preparations you are taking before starting with Ginox Tablet.
Storage and disposal
Store Ginox Tablet at room temperature in a cool and dry place.
Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
Dosage
Overdose
Symptoms of an overdose of Ginox Tablet include sleepiness, confusion, weakness, etc. If you have taken too much of this medicine, contact your doctor or reach out to the nearest hospital immediately.
Missed a Dose
If you have missed taking any dose of Ginox Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If it's already time for the next dose, skip the missed one and follow the regular dosing schedule.
