• Recurrent or refractory testicular cancer in adults.
• Small-cell lung cancer in adults.
• Hodgkin lymphoma in adults.
• Relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma in adults.
• Relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukaemia in adults.
• Certain types of ovarian cancer in adults.

• If you have a known severe allergy or hypersensitivity to etoposide or any of the ingredients in the capsule.
• If you are breastfeeding.
• Live vaccines, including yellow fever vaccine, are contraindicated in immunosuppressed patients.

Other General Warnings

• You have liver or kidney problems that may require dose adjustments.
• You develop a fever, chills, or signs of an infection.
• You notice unusual bleeding or severe fatigue.
• You are planning to receive any vaccines.
• You are taking other medicines that may affect your blood counts or interact with etoposide.

• Take Etolon capsule strictly as prescribed by your doctor, usually following specific treatment cycles with rest days.
• Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water; do not open, crush, or chew them.
• Take the capsule on an empty stomach.
• Wash your hands carefully before and after handling the capsule.

• Store the capsule at room temperature away from excessive heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
• Keep the container tightly closed and out of the reach of children and pets.
• Return any unused or expired capsule to your pharmacist for safe disposal.

Interactions with other medicines

• Avoid live vaccines during treatment unless your doctor specifically advises them.

• Using this medicine with other treatments that suppress bone marrow can increase the risk of severe bone marrow suppression and low blood cell counts.
• Certain medicines can affect etoposide levels or its effects. These include high-dose ciclosporin, cisplatin, phenytoin, and other enzyme-inducing anti-seizure medicines. Tell your doctor about all medicines you take.
