Uses
- Major depression (swings in the mood, loss of hope and disturbances in sleep)
- Generalised Anxiety Disorder (uncontrollable excessive thoughts)
- Diabetic neuropathy (sensations of tingling in foot or hand due to nerve damage in diabetic patients)
- Fibromyalgia (muscle pain and stiffness)
- Stress urinary incontinence (leakage of urine in women while coughing, laughing, sneezing, and exercising)
Contraindications
- If you’ve an allergy to duloxetine or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- If you had or are suffering from severe liver or kidney disease.
- If you take any medicines of the group Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (medications used in managing depression).
- If you’re taking medications to treat depression (fluvoxamine).
- If you are taking medicines for any infection (ciprofloxacin).

Directions for Use
- Duzela Capsule must be taken as per the doctor’s prescription.
- Duzela Capsule can be taken with or without food.
- Make sure to swallow the Duzela Capsule as a whole and do not chew, crush or break it.
- Duzela Capsule must be taken at the same time.
- The dosage and frequency of Duzela Capsule must not change without consulting your doctor.
- Do not stop taking Duzela Capsule on your own, and you should continue taking it as long as your doctor recommends.

- Medicines to treat severe pain (tramadol) - Risk of serotonin syndrome.
- Medicines to decrease the risk of bleeding (apixaban) - Risk of bleeding increases.
- Medicines for migraine (sumatriptan, almotriptan) - Risk of adverse effects increases.
- Medicines for high blood pressure treatment (diltiazem) - Risk of abnormally low blood pressure and even blackout increases.
- Antibiotics (ciprofloxacin) - Risk of toxicity of the Duzela medicine increases.
