If you are allergic to sildenafil or any other ingredients of DRX 100 mg tablet
If you are suffering from any severe heart or liver problems
If you had a stroke or heart attack
If you are taking medications called nitrates which can lead to a decrease in blood pressure
If you have ever had a loss of vision
If you have certain inherited eye diseases like retinitis pigmentosa
If you are taking a medicine called riociguat used for the treatment of arterial blood pressure
