Interactions with other medicines

- Dantrolene, a muscle relaxant, should not be taken alongside this medicine. Additionally, medications used as vasodilators, such as nitrates, should not be combined with it, as this may result in a significant drop in blood pressure.
- You should exercise caution if you are taking other blood pressure-lowering medications, certain antibiotics, acid-reducing medications, steroids, drugs for brain-related disorders, anti-HIV medications, cholesterol-lowering medications, immunomodulators, medications for heart conditions, or muscle relaxants.
