Uses of Dilona 25 MG/ML

Dilona 25mg Ampoule Of 3ml Injection is used for relieving extreme and serious painful conditions like kidney stones, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis, gout, accidents, and fractures.
It is also used to treat or prevent post-operative pain and pain after surgery in hospitals.

Contraindications of Dilona 25 MG/ML

If you are allergic to Diclofenac or any of the ingredients of Dilona 25mg Ampoule Of 3ml Injection.
If you have active liver or kidney failure problem.
If you have a history of a blood clotting disorder or you tend to bleed easily.
If you had or have an active stomach or intestinal ulcer or bleeding problems.
If you have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding due to the use of painkillers.
If you recently had surgery or operation, which has associated risk of bleeding.
If you are pregnant, especially in the last trimester, you have a history of an asthma attack, or you have dehydration.
If you are using medicine to stop blood clottings like Heparin, or other pain killers like Ibuprofen, Celecoxib, etc.
If you have experienced an episode of allergic reaction upon painkiller use like asthma, skin rashes, swelling & nasal congestion.
If you are suffering from brain and heart diseases like heart attack, stroke, heart failure, problems with blood circulation, or any circulatory disease.
This medicine is not recommended for children below the age of 14.

Pregnancy

Can I take Dilona 25mg Ampoule Of 3ml Injection during pregnancy?

It is not advisable to take this medicine during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester of pregnancy. It may affect the development of the growing foetus, which can lead to cardiac malformations, abnormal abdominal growth, and abnormal kidney function. In pregnant women, it can prolong or delay the labour and increase the risk of bleeding. If you think you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, then discontinue the treatment and seek a safer alternative immediately.

Breast Feeding

Can I take Dilona 25mg Ampoule Of 3ml Injection while breastfeeding?

Diclofenac passes into breast milk in small amounts. Therefore, it is advisable to stop breastfeeding during the treatment to avoid undesirable side effects in the baby.

Driving

You develop stomach or intestinal bleeding problems during the treatment, the risk is more if you are using aspirin.
