Cpz 100 MG Description

Cpz 100 mg Tablet is a prescription medicine used for managing symptoms of schizophrenia (a mental disorder) and other psychotic disorders. Managing the symptoms of mania in bipolar disorder, nervous

ness, anxiety, behaviour problems, etc., are other uses of Cpz Tablets. Cpz 100 mg Tablet has a single active ingredient, chlorpromazine. It belongs to the class of antipsychotic medications. It blocks certain receptors in the nervous system, which improves behaviour and mood. Psychotic conditions cause difficulty in telling the difference between whether the things and ideas are real or not real. This medication helps in managing such symptoms and improves the quality of life. You can take Cpz 100 mg Tablet with or without food. You should take Cpz Tablet just as prescribed by the doctor because it can cause side effects. Most side effects of Cpz Tablet do not require any medical intervention as they subside gradually. However, if you experience them for a long duration, consult your doctor. Also, do not suddenly stop using this medicine as it can cause sweating, nervousness, vomiting, dizziness, and other withdrawal symptoms.
