Coliwin R Capsules comprise Chlordiazepoxide, Clidinium, Dicyclomine, and Rabeprazole. The combination of medicines is used to treat Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The symptoms of IBS include abdominal pain, cramping, constipation, diarrhoea, and bloating. The medication prevents sudden muscle spasms and relieves stomach aches. This medication helps facilitate the easy passage of gas, thereby reducing stomach discomfort. The medication may have specific side effects like sleepiness and dizziness. This chemical messenger suppresses the excessive abnormal activity of the nervous system. The medication helps stop muscle contractions or spasms since it is antispasmodic. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces acid production in the stomach and relieves any heartburn or indigestion that is caused due to excessive acid.
