Description

Childryl Zp syrup is a combination medicine that helps relieve common cold symptoms, such as a runny nose, nasal congestion, and fever. It contains three active ingredients: paracetamol to reduce fever and body aches, cetirizine to control allergic symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose, and phenylephrine to relieve nasal congestion by constricting blood vessels in the nose.

Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food, and you should always measure the dose carefully using a proper measuring tool. Shake the bottle well before use, and do not exceed the recommended dosage. Avoid using this medicine during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless your doctor advises it.

Some people may experience side effects like drowsiness, nausea, headache, or an irregular heartbeat. Be cautious when driving or performing tasks that require your full attention. Let your doctor know about all the medicines or supplements you are taking, especially those for mental health, cholesterol, or blood thinning, as they may interact with this medicine.

Store the medicine in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 25°C and keep it out of the reach of children. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it’s almost time for the next one. Do not double the dose. If you accidentally take too much or notice symptoms like palpitations or vomiting, contact your doctor immediately. This medication is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
