How does this medicine work?

The ingredients work side by side. Calcium is the main mineral for building and keeping bones strong, and vitamin d3 helps the body take it in. Vitamin k2 helps guide calcium into the bones where it is needed. Magnesium supports bone formation as well as normal muscle and nerve activity. Vitamin b12 and vitamin b6 look after the nerves, folate helps make red blood cells, and zinc supports the body's natural defences.

Interactions

Interactions with other medicines

Some medicines can change the way Bonmin K2 tablet works, and it can also affect how other medicines work. Tell your doctor about all the medicines and supplements you are taking. In particular, mention any blood thinning medicine, as the vitamin k in this supplement can lower its effect, and mention thyroid medicines or certain antibiotics, as the calcium can reduce how well they are absorbed.
