Betnovate-N cream is used in various skin conditions like skin redness and inflammation (dermatitis), red scaly patches (psoriasis), itchy, dry skin (eczema) and other skin conditions. It helps relieve rashes, redness, itching, swelling and burning.
Betnovate-N contains betamethasone and neomycin as its active ingredients. Betamethasone is a steroid and neomycin is an antibiotic. Betamethasone present in this cream helps to reduce redness and inflammation of the skin. Neomycin helps to reduce skin infections caused by bacteria and fungi. Dipnate N and Betamycin N Cream also contain neomycin and betamethasone.
Betnovate-N is meant for external use only and should be used as recommended by the doctor or pharmacist. Gently rub it into a clean area and allow it to absorb completely. Before and after using this medication, always wash your hands. Protect your skin from direct sunlight while using this cream.
