- Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets are used in the treatment of:
- Anxiety
- Panic disorders
Contraindications
- Do not take Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets or use caution:
- If you have been diagnosed with narrow-angle glaucoma (an abnormal increase in fluid pressure in the eyes)
- If you have been diagnosed with depression
- If you have asthma
- If you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy

- Side effects of Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets include:
- Blurred vision
- Drowsiness
- Heartburn
- Irritability
- Lightheadedness
- Memory impairment
- Weight loss

- You have a liver disorder. Dose adjustment may be necessary to avoid medicine interaction in such persons.
- You want to stop taking this medicine. Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets should not be abruptly stopped as this may cause nausea, anxiety, flu-like sensations, perspiration, tremors, and confusion.
Directions for Use
- Take Zolax Sr tablets exactly as advised by your doctor.
- Do not exceed the dosage, even if you cannot notice the effects of this medicine.
- Take Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets as a whole with a glass of water.
- Do not break or chew this tablet.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets should not be taken with azole antifungals such as ketoconazole and itraconazole. Combining these medications can cause the removal of Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets from the body.
- Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets should not be taken with certain antidepressants such as fluvoxamine, fluoxetine, and nefazodone. Combining these medications can reduce the impact of Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets on the body.
- Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets should not be taken with medications used to manage HIV/AIDS, such as protease inhibitors, including indinavir and delavirdine. Combining these medications can increase the risk of adverse effects of Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets, like severe dizziness and shallow breathing.
- Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets should not be taken with medications to manage anxiety or sleep, such as zolpidem, lorazepam, and diazepam. Combining these medications can lower the concentration of Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets in the blood.
- Anzilum 0.25 mg tablets should not be taken with codeine. Combining these medications can induce coma, drowsiness, and breathing difficulties.
Interactions with food items
- Anzilum 0.25 mg Tab can react with grapefruit and its juice, causing possibly serious adverse effects. The levels of this medicine in the blood may be increased by drinking grapefruit juice.
