• If you are allergic to the active or inactive ingredients of Amazeo 200 mg Tablet.
• If you have pheochromocytoma, a rare tumour of the adrenal gland. Amazeo 200 mg Tablet can cause a hypertensive crisis.
• If you have a prolactin-dependent tumour. Taking Amazeo 200 mg Tablet can worsen your condition.

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Dryness in mouth
• Constipation
• Weight gain
• Decreased blood pressure
• Akathisia

Other General Warnings

• You have a cardiovascular condition. Amazeo 200 mg Tablet may induce QT prolongation, a heart rhythm disorder, as well as an increased risk of blood clots. • Amazeo 200 mg Tablet is known to interact with the following medicines.
• Diltiazem
• Inform your doctor about your use of diltiazem or any other blood pressure medication you're taking. It can cause slowing of the heart rate or irregular heart rhythm.
• Pregabalin
• Inform your doctor if you are taking pregabalin. It is not recommended to use them with Amazeo 200 mg Tablet because it can exacerbate side effects of pregabalin on the nervous system, such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating.
• Tramadol
• Notify your doctor if you have taken any narcotic pain relievers. These medications should be used with extreme caution as there is an increased risk of an irregular heart rhythm that can be potentially life-threatening.
• Quinidine
• Quinidine and Amazeo Tabs, if prescribed together, medications should be used with extreme caution as there is a risk of an irregular heart rhythm that may be serious and potentially life-threatening.
• Bromocriptine
• It is not recommended to use bromocriptine and Amazeo Tabs concomitantly because there is a substantial chance of low or no efficacy. In such circumstances, your doctor may determine the best course of treatment in such cases.
• Ropinirole
• Notify your doctor if you have taken one of these medications. It is not recommended to use them simultaneously because there is a substantial chance of low or no efficacy. In such circumstances, your doctor may select the best course of action.
