Advog M Forte Tablet is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults along with diet and exercise.

Contraindications of Advog M 0.3mg Forte Tablets

If you are allergic to metformin or voglibose or any of the ingredients of Advog M Forte Tablet.
If you have kidney problems.
If you have metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis, with or without coma.
If you have a severe infection, before and after an operation or have serious trauma.
If you have a gastrointestinal blockage or are at risk of it.

Pregnancy

Can I take Advog M 0.3mg Forte Tablets during pregnancy?

There is limited information on the effect of Advog M Forte Tablet during pregnancy and hence should not be used in pregnant women. This medicine should only be used in pregnant women if recommended by the doctor after assessing the need and the risk.

Breast Feeding

Can I take Advog M 0.3mg Forte Tablets while breastfeeding?

Advog M Forte Tablet passes into human breast milk. It is recommended that breastfeeding should be discontinued during treatment with this medicine.

Driving

Can I drive if I have consumed Advog M 0.3mg Forte Tablets?

Advog M Forte Tablet does not affect your ability to drive. However, if you experience any effects after taking this medicine that may affect your ability to drive safely, it is advised to avoid driving.

Alcohol

Can I consume alcohol with Advog M 0.3mg Forte Tablets?

Alcohol is known to increase the effect of Advog M Forte Tablet. Therefore, alcohol intake should be avoided while taking this medicine.
