Uses of Ketorolac Tromethamine
- Moderate to severe pain, usually for pain after surgery
- To prevent and relieve eye inflammation after eye surgery

Common side effects of this drug are:
- Allergic reaction like - fever, chills, rash, hives, breathing difficulty, swelling over your face, lips, throat, running, stuffy nose, sneezing
- Inflammation of the eye, swelling of eyelid/ eye, puffiness, itchy eyes, red eye, vision trouble
- Inflammation of the intestine, indigestion
- Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fullness in stomach, sweating
- Dizziness, drowsiness, headache
- Bleeding from unusual sites
- Mood and behavioral changes and hallucinations
- Blisters on skin, peeling, redness, swelling
- Unusual weakness, tiredness, joint and muscle pain
- Little or no urination, difficulty in passing urine
- Dark stool/ urine or vomitus

- Probenacid may increase the risk of side effects of Ketorolac Tromethamine
- Anticoagulants like Heparin, Warfarin, Clopidogrel, Aspirin, etc. These may increase the risk of bleeding
