Yondelis is an injection containing trabectedin. It is used in adults with unresectable or metastatic liposarcoma or leiomyosarcoma after previous treatment that included an anthracycline.

- You notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, or severe upper abdominal pain (signs of liver issues).
- You experience severe, persistent muscle pain or weakness, which may require urgent evaluation for muscle breakdown.
- You develop sudden signs of infection, fever, or unusual bruising.
- You experience signs of a heart problem, such as shortness of breath or persistent chest discomfort.
- You develop unexplained swelling or low blood pressure, which may indicate capillary leak syndrome.
- You have liver or kidney problems before starting treatment.
