Xyloflox Oz Suspension 30ml is an anti-diarrhoeal medicine that is used to treat diarrhoea. It contains a combination of levofloxacin and ornidazole as its active substances that work by preventing
the growth of infection-causing bacteria. Take the exact amount of liquid medication in the duration as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own. Xyloflox Oz Suspension 30ml may cause pain and swelling of the tough cords of tissue that connect the muscles to bones (tendon), nerve damage, fits/seizures, or worsen a condition called myasthenia gravis that causes muscle weakness. If you experience any of these effects after using this medicine, immediately talk to your doctor. Xyloflox Oz Suspension 30ml should be used only in adults aged 18 years or older.

- You experience fits/seizures.
- You have an enlargement or bulge of a large blood vessel (aneurysm).
- You have any other condition like high blood pressure that increases your risk of an aneurysm.
- You experience swelling of the face, throat, tongue, itching, red itchy bumps on the skin after taking this medicine.
- You have liver or kidney problems.
- You experience a burning sensation, blistering, reddening of the skin, fluid-filled blisters after using this medicine.
- You take anti-diabetic medicines (glyburide/glibenclamide) or insulin.
- You have a low level of potassium.
- You have heart problems and take medicines for it (quinidine, procainamide, amiodarone, sotalol).
- You develop pain, swelling, or inflammation of a tendon, or weakness or inability to use
- one of your joints.
- You experience pain, burning, tingling, numbness, and/or weakness.
- You have a condition called myasthenia gravis.
- You experience symptoms of liver injury like loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fever, weakness, tiredness, itching, yellowing of the skin and eyes, or dark-coloured urine.
- You experience watery and bloody diarrhoea with or without stomach cramps and fever.

- Do not take more than the prescribed dose.
