Walavin Tablet is an antifungal medication. It is used to treat fungal infections of the skin, hair, scalp, and nails. This medicine acts by inhibiting the growth of fungi responsible for the infection, thereby preventing its further spread. Take Walavin Tablet as advised by your doctor, at the prescribed dosage and duration. It is recommended to take this medicine with food, as this enhances its effect.

Contraindications

  • If you are allergic to grisofulvin or any other ingredient of Walavin Tablet.
  • If you have any known blood-related disorder such as porphyria.
  • If you have any liver disease.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you have an autoimmune disorder of tissues known as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

Pregnancy

You should not take Walavin Tablets during pregnancy as it may cause harm to the unborn baby.
