Vildanol Mf 500 is an anti-diabetic medicine used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. This combination works by decreasing the amount of sugar absorbed from the intestine, reducing the sugar produced by the liver, and facilitating the entry of sugar into cells more effectively.
