amadol and Paracetamol, where tramadol is an Opioid Analgesic and Paracetamol is a well-known pain killer and anti-pyretic medicine. As a combination in Ultracet Semi Tablet, these two work faster and give quick relief from the pain. This medicine may be accompanied by side effects like nausea, vomiting, constipation and weakness. One must not delay reporting to the doctor in case of any side effects, as the doctor will help you reduce and control the side effects. It is suggested to use the Ultracet Semi Tablet only under a doctor’s guidance. Initially, the dose is kept small and then increased gradually to avoid side effects. The dose of Ultracet Semi Tablet usually depends upon the severity of the pain. Do not forget to tell the doctor about allergies and past issues faced (by using Tramadol), if any.
