Tripride Lv 1mg Tablets
Description
Tripride Lv tablet is a medication used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It contains a combination of glimepiride and metformin as its active ingredients. This medication helps increase insulin production and restore the body's natural response to insulin. As a result, it helps control blood sugar levels and reduces the risk of other health conditions associated with high blood sugar. It is typically used in combination with a healthy diet and regular exercise.
Tripride Lv tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor. While taking this medicine, headache, nausea, vomiting, sleepiness, and a drop in blood sugar levels are a few common side effects that may occur during treatment. Although not everyone experiences them, side effects often improve as the body becomes accustomed to the medicine.
Tripride Lv tablet should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to metformin or glimepiride, or who have kidney or liver failure, or metabolic acidosis. It is also contraindicated in pregnant or breastfeeding women. You should inform your doctor about all other medications, supplements, and health conditions you are taking to prevent potential interactions. It is essential to continue taking the medication as prescribed, even if symptoms improve, and not to discontinue it without a doctor's guidance.
