Medical Description
Triohale metered-dose inhaler is used to control asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, a long-term lung condition that narrows the airways and makes breathing difficult. It contains a combination of ciclesonide, formoterol and tiotropium bromide. Ciclesonide is an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation, while formoterol and tiotropium bromide relax airway muscles and help keep the air passages open. It is breathed into the lungs as prescribed and is not a rescue inhaler for sudden severe breathlessness.
